- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- quarter tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 ½ tbsp black olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp small capers
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 250 g fresh pasta , for example Pappardelle
- 30 g parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
- 2 saucepans
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 colander
